Acting as the bridge between Sales, Technical Integration, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management, you'll coordinate every stage of the onboarding journey from contract signature through to go-live. /p /brpThis is a unique opportunity that combines project management, customer relationship management and commercial execution. You'll manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, working closely with operators, aggregators and internal stakeholders to remove blockers, keep projects on track and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. /p /brpSuccess in this role is measured by your ability to drive projects forward, shorten time-to-launch and ensure every customer begins their partnership with Playson in the best possible way. /p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brlipOwn the onboarding process for newly signed operator partners from contract signing through to successful go-live. /p /li /brlipCoordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects simultaneously across global markets. /p /li /brlipAct as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. /p /li /brlipWork closely with Technical Integration to coordinate API integrations, product configuration and launch readiness. /p /li /brlipCollaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Account Management to ensure all onboarding milestones are delivered on time. /p /li /brlipCreate and manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists, proactively identifying and resolving risks.



/p /li /brlipCoordinate commercial launch activities, including game positioning and promotional opportunities to maximise launch success. /p /li /brlipKeep customers informed throughout the onboarding journey by providing clear communication and managing expectations. /p /li /brlipContinuously improve onboarding processes and project management practices to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market. /p /li /brlipBuild strong internal and external relationships while delivering exceptional customer service throughout every project. /p /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements /h3 /brul /brlip3+ years' experience within the B2B iGaming industry, ideally working with operators, suppliers or aggregators. /p /li /brlipPrevious experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, integration or customer success projects. /p /li /brlipStrong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. /p /li /brlipGood understanding of API integrations, technical implementation processes and product releases. /p /li /brlipExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders. /p /li /brlipStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
