Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public
sector institution, located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and
develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital
Vall d'Hebron. VHIR is committed to developing solutions to improve

social and economic progress within its areas of expertise. VHIR is
seeking a Clinical Trials Assistant to join the Physiology and
Pathophysiology of the Digestive Tract Research Group, within the
area of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Education and qualifications:
Required: Degree in Medicine, specialty in Gastroenterology Fluency
in Catalan, Spanish, English (business level) Experience and
knowledge: Required: Experience in clinical and preclinical
research activities. Experience in clinical monitoring of
biological treatment in IBD. Experience with data acquisition
software (IBD management program). Strong sense of responsibility,
initiative and self-motivation. Ability to work independently and
as a team. Desirable: Knowledge of databases, statistical analysis.
Accredited experience in clinical trials is desirable. Main
responsibilities and duties: Coordinate/Manage clinical trials.
Give support in extraction and processing of samples. Collaborate
with data analysis. Proactive, dynamic and outstanding
organizational skills are required. Labour conditions: Part-time
Position: 20 hours per week. Starting date : April 2026. Gross
annual salary : Remuneration will depend on experience and skills.
Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay
scale. Contract type : Technical and scientific activities contract
