You are responsible for understanding the customer’s technology landscape and aligning Field Service capabilities to achieve their business outcomes. /li /ulh3Job Qualifications /h3pbRequired /b /pulli7+ years of experience in enterprise software pre‑sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture, with a focus on field service, asset management, or mobile workforce solutions. /liliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience. /liliDeep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including scheduling optimization, mobile capabilities, and asset management configuration. /liliProven ability to architect and present end‑to‑end solution designs for complex, enterprise‑scale deployments. /liliExperience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business requirements into solution architectures and roadmaps. /liliStrong executive presence—comfortable delivering product demonstrations and presenting technical recommendations to C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders. /liliDemonstrated ability to manage technical due diligence and risk assessment processes in complex deal cycles. /liliFamiliarity with integration technologies and patterns relevant to field service environments (APIs, middleware, IoT). /liliExperience in competitive positioning and understanding of the field service technology landscape. /li /ulpbPreferred /b /pulliSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Field Service Consultant, Application Architect, or System Architect).
