ph3About the opportunity /h3 pAs an Intern in the Vendor Management Team at N26, you will support the team in managing and improving vendor partnerships that power our banking infrastructure and key operational services. You will work closely with external providers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and contribute to strategic improvement initiatives. /p h3In this role, you will /h3 ul liSupport the Vendor Management team in daily collaboration with external providers, assisting with communication between vendors and internal teams on operational topics. /li liHelp process access requests for external users, ensuring the correct tools and permissions are assigned and required checks are completed on time. /li liAssist in preparing and tracking SLA and KPI reports to monitor vendor performance, and support the creation of regular reports on vendor performance and risk indicators (KRIs). /li liSupport compliance activities by helping review documentation and ensuring processes align with internal standards. /li liContribute to ongoing process improvements and operational projects, including assisting with coordination tasks and exploring new tools and technologies. /li liProvide support on basic financial tasks, including invoices, purchase orders, and cost tracking. /li /ul h3What you need to be successful: /h3 h3Background: /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance,
