Together, we make Every Moment Matter. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a highly motivated and technology-oriented Trainee to support the automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of PMO and governance processes. /p h3Process Automation /h3 ul liSupport the design, development and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and improve data quality. /li liCreate and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive business tasks, file consolidation, data cleansing, and report generation. /li liAssist in developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes and approvals. /li liSupport data integration activities between systems through APIs and automated data exchanges (nice to have). /li /ul h3Data Management Analytics /h3 pSupport the PMO team in maintaining portfolio dashboards, project trackers, and status reports by: /p ul liConsolidating and transforming data from multiple sources using Power Query. /li liDesigning and maintaining Excel models, dashboards, pivot tables, and VBA-based automations. /li liProducing KPI reporting through Power BI. /li liEnsuring data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained. /li /ul h3Jira Administration Integration (or similar ticketing tool) /h3 ul liSupport Jira reporting, dashboards, and project tracking activities. /li liDevelop solutions using Jira APIs to automate data extraction, updates, and integrations.



/li liAssist teams in improving the usage of Jira data for portfolio and project management purposes. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO processes and reporting. /li liIdentify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate existing business processes. /li liDrive reporting automation and process enhancements to improve portfolio visibility and decision-making. /li /ul pThe description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive.
