As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the right expertise to our QA, Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams and helping us shape the future of JetBrains. /p h3As Part Of The Team, You Will /h3 ul liCollaborate closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract the best candidates. /li liCreate and oversee a sourcing strategy. /li liBuild talent pools and pipelines by sourcing across different channels. /li liProvide a positive recruitment experience, keeping communication timely and transparent. /li liEnsure data in the internal recruitment system is accurate, complete, and up to date. /li liShare your knowledge and market findings with your colleagues. /li /ul h3We’d Love To Hear From You If You /h3 ul liHave proven experience in sourcing or talent research.



/li liAre a candidate experience ambassador. /li liHave the ability to communicate with candidates clearly and transparently throughout the hiring process. /li liAre driven to build long‑term relationships with candidates. /li liHave experience creating the sourcing strategy for different roles and multiple locations. /li liAre passionate about identifying and engaging exceptional candidates, and can do so with creativity and determination. /li liHave a solid understanding of the IT market or another highly skilled industry and know how to spot the best candidates within it. /li liLove digging into professional networks and databases and taking a creative, resourceful approach to sourcing great talent. /li liCan communicate fluently in English, both with candidates and internal teams. /li liHave experience working in general or international environments, ideally with a focus on European markets. /li liHave experience with diversity sourcing programs. /li liThrive within a collaborative, innovative team environment. /li /ul h3We are an equal opportunity employer /h3 pWe know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere.
