/p h3Your Key Tasks Will Include /h3 ul liPerforming a variety of tests, such as regression, integration and performance testing to validate software stability. /li liConduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, identifying defects and areas for improvement. /li liConducting tests across multiple devices and browsers to ensure full compatibility. /li liReporting issues and bugs in Jira, ensuring all findings are documented clearly. /li liVerifying that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team. /li liAttending daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues and potential blockers. /li liAssisting in resolving support tickets reported by users and internal teams. /li liCollaborating with QA, development and business teams to ensure complete and thorough testing. /li liResearching and utilizing testing tools to improve automation and performance. /li liKeep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in QA. /li /ul h3The Skill Set Our Idóneo Candidate Would Have /h3 ul liAt least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance. /li liFamiliarity with software testing methodologies, tools and processes. /li liKnowledge of test manual tools. /li liExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, test cases and bug reports. /li liUnderstanding of manual and automated testing processes. /li liStrong enthusiasm and curiosity about new technologies. /li liA problem-solving mindset, patience and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work independently while also being a great team player. /li liFluent or proficient in English (Spanish is a plus). /li /ul h3We Also Value Very Positively /h3 ul liDemonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders. /li liPrior experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. /li liExposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). /li liFamiliarity with test automation tools. /li liInterest and some knowledge of AI.
