This position combines technical leadership in Process Safety Management with regional expertise in SAP PM, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient plant operations. /p pTheProcess Safety Engineer and EM Support will act as a trusted advisor to site teams, support the implementation of corporate safety standards, and contribute to the standardization of engineering and maintenance practices across the region. This role requires regular collaboration with plant teams, EHS, Engineering, Maintenance, and Corporate Process Safety functions. The key responsibilities include: /p ul liLead and support process safety activities across Western European plants. /li liAct as the regional point of contact for Process Safety, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, guidelines, and regulations. /li liParticipate in or lead Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), HAZOP studies, Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR), and incident investigations.



/li liReview and support Management of Change (MOC) processes to ensure process safety risks are adequately addressed. /li liConduct risk assessments and provide process safety input for EHS impact assessments for engineering projects. /li liSupport sites during audits, management reviews, and interactions with regulatory authorities on process safety matters. /li liDeliver process safety training and foster a strong safety culture throughout the region. /li liReport Process Safety KPIs and collaborate with Corporate Process Safety teams and global communities. /li liServe as the regional SAP PM expert, providing support, training, implementation guidance, and continuous improvement across all plants. /li liDevelop and maintain maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs. /li liCreate and monitor maintenance KPIs and prepare regular performance reports through SAP PM. /li liSupport industrial legal compliance related to engineering and maintenance activities. /li liReview and follow up on engineering-related Management of Change documentation. /li liDevelop standardized engineering and maintenance procedures, methods, and best practices across the region. /li liCollaborate closely with Engineering teams on capital projects, asset creation, change management, and technical documentation. /li liProvide support in procurement activities and regional maintenance initiatives. /li /ul h3THE PROFILE /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory). /li li10-15 years of experience in Process Safety within the chemical industry or a similar high-hazard manufacturing environment. /li liStrong expertise in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance),
