This role is idóneo for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. /p p This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p ulli Support clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement. /li /ul ulli Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment. /li /ul ulli Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing. /li /ul ulli Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers. /li /ul ulli Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care. /li /ul ulli Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times. /li /ul ulli Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre. /li /ul ulli Represent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
