As hardware systems for the next generation of automotive connectivity and computing platforms grow in complexity, the prototypes production team working close to our engineering team has become a decisive factor in being able to accelerate the timing between development and production phases, to cover the market needs in the quickest way possible. /p p“The adecuado candidate is curious to dig deep into how our hardware products work, is able to understand complex electronic designs and is a team player who is not afraid to challenge the boundaries of their current position, interacting closely with the development team.” /p h3Main Functions /h3 ul liCollaborate on design of semi‑automated end‑of‑line test systems. /li liLead assembly, maintenance and continuous improvement activities of semi‑automated end‑of‑line test systems. /li liImprove testing systems for existing products by adding capabilities and expanding test coverage, among others. /li liDefine timelines, milestones, and testing requirements for new product prototypes in the early phases of their introduction into the Technica portfolio. /li liGenerate technical documentation for test equipment, including user manuals, test coverage reports, and verification guides. /li liGenerate production reports using statistical tools to track KPIs and identify manufacturing issues. /li liAnalyse PCBA schematics and understand full product functionality to diagnose failures and repair line rejects.

Automotive production experience is not a must. /li liStrong production background and desirable previous experience on interaction between development and production teams. /li liBasic electronics understanding is mandatory – capability to understand schematics and identify easily electronics manufacturing defects. /li liBasic knowledge of different communication bus interfaces used in electronic embedded systems: I2C, SPI, CAN, CAND‑FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, etc., is desirable. /li liKnowledge of how to optimise circuit design for ease of manufacturing processes and electronics testing (DFM / DFT) is desirable. /li liPrecise soldering skills (SMD components, fine pitch ICs). /li liExperience developing test sequences with NI Test Stand or any other test automation frameworks. /li liExperience in programming languages like Python, C#, etc., used for instrumentation control or communication with embedded systems in a manufacturing test environment. /li liExperience with mechanical prototyping processes: 3D printing (FDM/SLA), vacuum casting and rapid tooling is desirable. /li liQuick learner with ability to grasp complex tech concepts without deep detail. /li liCollaborative and patient, able to build strong cross‑functional relationships. /li liAble to prioritise and multitask under pressure in an autonomous way. /li liHighly detail‑oriented person with a passion for being proactive in finding solutions. /li liFluency in local languages and working fluency in English is a must. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
