Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your hard work and dedication and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and psychological health. /li liProductivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. /li /ul h3Job Description: /h3 pThe final candidate will join the bInstitutional Relations team /b within the Communications CSR Department, providing support in the management of the institutional agenda, the preparation of strategic documentation, the monitoring of public affairs and current developments, and the coordination of senior management participation in forums, meetings, and events relevant to the company. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the management of invitations, attendance, and participation of senior management in forums, conferences, seminars, and strategic events. /li liPrepare supporting materials, such as briefing documents, speeches, talking points, and fact sheets for institutional meetings and public engagements. /li liAssist in the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of meetings with institutions, business associations, public administrations, and other stakeholders. /li liSupport protocol-related activities and the preparation of materials for institutional events. /li liMonitor commitments, agreements, sponsorships, and documentation arising from meetings and events. /li liCoordinate internally with other company departments to gather the technical or strategic information required for institutional activities.
/li liContribute to the mapping and updating of institutional, business, and social stakeholders, as well as maintaining contact databases and stakeholder directories. /li liSupport the monitoring of political, institutional, regulatory, and business developments, identifying matters of interest to the company. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liFinal-year student or recent graduate in International Relations, Protocol, Communications, Political Science, or a related field. /li liExcellent writing and summarization skills in Spanish. /li liC1 level of English, with strong capability to draft and review professional documentation. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word. /li liInterest in institutional affairs, political and economic developments, business-government relations, and corporate communications. /li liPrevious internship experience in Communications, Public Affairs, Institutional Relations, Consulting, Foundations, Business Associations, or Institutional Affairs offices will be considered a plus. /li /ul pbSeize the challenge.
