ph3Product Specialist – Responsibilities /h3pThis role is responsible for managing renewal quotations, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, overseeing vendor back‑office and inventory activities, and partnering with the assigned BDM to support vendor growth and business objectives. /pulliWork closely with the assigned BDM to identify and follow up on renewal opportunities. /liliManage the end‑to‑end renewal quotation process. /liliMaintain a strong relationship with the assigned vendor. /liliManage vendor renewals and support reporting and back‑office operations such as POS, inventory, stock, and iAsset. /liliImplement and manage new processes. /liliAct as a key point of contact for quotations, shipments, incidents, and information requests. /liliSupport logistics activities in coordination with the Purchasing and Operations teams. /liliBuild and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive incremental business. /liliCollaborate with sales teams and other departments to deliver excellent customer service. /liliDevelop and maintain knowledge of products and services.



/liliMaintain accurate and up‑to‑date sales records in NetSuite. /li /ulh3Qualifications and Experience /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, or a related field (preferred). /lili2+ years of experience in inside sales or similar roles. /liliStrong customer service orientation. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /liliSelf‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. /liliExperience with CRM systems and sales tools. /liliResults‑driven with a proven ability to achieve targets. /liliStrong organizational and time‑management skills. /liliAdvanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. /li /ulpWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
