This is a hands‑on, product‑focused AI engineering role for someone who can explore ambiguous product and business areas, identify where AI and agents can create real impact, and build those solutions end to end. The core of the role is discovery. You won’t only be working from clearly defined tickets. You’ll be expected to proactively spot opportunities, propose new AI capabilities, and shape solutions based on what frontier models now make possible. You’ll work closely with Product and internal stakeholders to build AI‑powered tools, agentic workflows, and internal products that are reliable, useful, and measurable. and regressions over time. /li liWork closely with Product and internal stakeholders to turn ambiguous opportunities into working solutions. /li liThink carefully about safety when agents interact with real tools, data, triggers, and internal systems. /li /ul h3Our Stack Approach /h3 pWe build close to the models rather than relying heavily on all‑in‑one frameworks. /p h3Our Current Approach Includes /h3 ul liModels: Claude as the primary model, plus OpenAI and Gemini depending on the task. /li liLanguages: Python for AI and agent work; TypeScript/Next.js for interfaces. /li liAgent harnesses: Claude Code / Agent SDK, Codex CLI, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, and custom scaffolding. /li liTool integration: MCP for connecting agents to tools, data, and internal systems. /li liMemory and retrieval: Vector and memory layers such as Mem0, Zep, or similar when the use case requires it. /li /ul pExperience with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is welcome, but we care more about your ability to work directly with model APIs, reason about tools and context, and build reliable systems from first principles. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong experience building and shipping end‑to‑end software products, internal tools, or AI‑powered systems. /li liStrong Python skills for AI, backend, or agentic workflows. /li liExperience with TypeScript and frontend/product engineering, ideally with Next.js or similar. /li liExperience working directly with LLM/model APIs such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar. /li liActive interest in the frontier of AI, including new models, agentic systems, and emerging patterns like Claude Code‑style harnesses and loop engineering. /li liUnderstanding of how AI agents work in production, including tool use, context, memory, loops, triggers, and harnesses. /li liExperience building or contributing to evaluation systems for AI products, including test sets, graders/evaluators, LLM‑as‑judge, tracing, or regression tracking. /li liStrong product sense and the ability to identify what should be built, not just execute predefined requirements. /li liComfort working with ambiguity and proactively shaping solutions. /li liPractical awareness of agent safety, including permissions, approval gates, logging, prompt injection risks, and limiting blast radius. /li liEnglish fluency. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with MCP or similar tool/data integration protocols. /li liExperience with memory or retrieval systems such as vector databases, Mem0, Zep, or similar. /li liExperience with generative AI beyond text, including image or multimodal systems.
