This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, delivery, and presales. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to understand business needs, design technical solutions, and help bring Shopify projects to life. /p pAs a Shopify Solutions Engineer, you will: /p ul liWork with clients to understand their business, technical requirements, and ecommerce challenges. /li liDesign and document technical solutions on Shopify and Shopify Plus. /li liSupport the delivery of custom Shopify themes, apps, integrations, and platform configurations. /li liCollaborate with frontend developers, backend developers, project managers, designers, and business stakeholders. /li liParticipate in technical discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings. /li liHelp define scopes, technical approaches, estimates, and implementation plans. /li liSupport presales processes by translating client needs into clear technical solutions. /li liReview existing Shopify setups and identify opportunities for improvement. /liliTroubleshoot technical issues and support the team during implementation. /li liStay up to date with Shopify’s ecosystem, platform capabilities, APIs, apps, and best practices. /li /ul pThis is a bhybrid role /b. Fik is based in bMadrid /b, and while part of the work can be done remotely, candidates should be available to come to our office on a regular basis for team meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions.



/p h3Job requirements /h3 pWe’re looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, good communication skills, and a genuine interest in ecommerce. /p pYou should have: /p ul liExperience building, maintaining, or supporting bShopify or Shopify Plus /b solutions. /li liStrong understanding of software development principles. /li liExperience with system integrations, APIs, webhooks, and third-party services. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions. /li liStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /li liConfidence working directly with clients and explaining technical topics clearly. /li liGood written and verbal communication skills. /li liAbility to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. /li liInterest in presales, consulting, and solution design. /li liSpanish and English working proficiency. /li liEligibility to work for a Spanish company. /li liAvailability to attend regular in-person meetings at our Madrid office. /li /ul pNice to have: /p ul liExperience with ecommerce platforms, SaaS products, or digital agencies. /li liKnowledge of Shopify themes, Liquid, Hydrogen, Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensibility, or Shopify APIs. /li liExperience integrating Shopify with ERP, CRM, OMS, PIM, payment, logistics, or marketing platforms. /li liPrevious experience in a Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Project Manager, or Solutions Architect role. /li liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
