Applications submitted without a portfolio will bnot /b be considered. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liDesign and ship high-quality UI across web and mobile for both B2C and B2B products. /li liOwn end-to-end design execution, from problem framing to final developer handoff. /li liLead design decisions on complex or high‑impact product areas, especially within the B2B platform. /li liDefine and uphold the quality bar for UI, usability, and consistency across products. /li liEvolve and actively use the Design Systems, ensuring new work strengthens the system instead of fragmenting it. /li liCreate clear, structured design documentation and specifications that reduce back‑and‑forth with engineering. /li liPartner closely with Product, Business and Engineering to align on priorities, constraints, and trade‑offs. /li liBalance speed and quality, knowing when to push polish and when to ship pragmatically. /li liAct as a design reference point for stakeholders, explaining decisions clearly and constructively. /li /ul h3The Skills You Bring /h3 ul liProven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer shipping real products in SaaS, marketplace, or startup environments. /li liStrong experience designing both B2C and complex B2B or back‑office products, including data‑heavy workflows, dashboards, admin tools, and operational processes. Pure consumer UI experience alone is not sufficient. /li liExcellent UI execution and advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, auto‑layout, and design systems used in production. /li liDemonstrated experience owning end‑to‑end design execution,
