ph3What will you be doing? /h3 pThe objective of the role is to support the delivery of our client's RPO and/or MSP hiring program. Working closely with the Page Outsourcing and the key client stakeholders, you will own candidate generation and selection, collaborate with hiring managers to present shortlisted candidates, support the interview process, and manage offer negotiations through to successful onboarding. /p h3Key Activities /h3 ul liEngage with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity /li liSupport Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly reporting at all stages of the recruitment process for review with the client, including DI application statistics and conversion rates /li liBecome the Client’s storyteller, sharing inspiring information with candidates about the client, their business strategy, culture, current and future opportunities /li liLeverage all aspects of sourcing including PageGroup systems, Client ATS, LinkedIn, job board mining, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals and networking events /li liIdentify talent in hard‑to‑reach places, learn about their skills and motivations, and educate them on our client’s culture and opportunities /li liConduct research to identify, evaluate and prioritise target companies and locations to attract talent from /li liProactively develop,
