The role will provide bScrum Master capabilities /b, supporting teams in establishing and improving agile practices where needed, with the goal of building long‑term team autonomy. /p pYou will contribute to global products and platforms that serve both internal and external customers in Commercial Real Estate across multiple regions. You will ensure delivery excellence, engineering quality and great consumer experience. As a senior member of the Engineering Operations function, you will drive best practices and mentor engineers while creating the environment for our engineering team to deliver impactful, secure and scalable solutions for our general business. /p h3Essential Functions and Job Duties /h3 h3Agile Practices and Scrum Enablement /h3 ul liCoach engineering and product teams in applying Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices (backlog management, prioritization, collaboration) and ceremonies. /li liStrengthen and standardize the use of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe where applicable to improve delivery predictability. /li liAct as Scrum Master on a targeted basis, particularly for new, scaling, or struggling teams. /li liFacilitate key agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, retrospectives) where teams require support. /li liHelp teams establish sustainable, scalable agile practices that they can own independently over time. /li liHelp teams shift from output-driven to outcome-driven delivery. /li /ul h3Team Performance and Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with engineering and product leadership to establish effective cross-functional team structures. /li liSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and value-based delivery. /li liStrengthen collaboration between Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product functions. /li liIdentify delivery bottlenecks and work with teams to remove them systematically.



/li /ul h3Metrics and Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liDefine and track delivery health metrics (cycle time, lead time, predictability, throughput). /li liGuide teams and leadership on interpreting metrics to drive improvements without creating a culture of blame. /li liPromote continuous improvement practices at both the team and organizational levels. /li liAlign delivery metrics with business objectives and Engineering Operations KPIs. /li /ul h3Change Leadership and Coaching /h3 ul liAct as a trusted coach to engineering managers, tech leads, and Product Owners on delivery excellence. /li liFacilitate workshops, training, and mentoring to build organizational delivery capability. /li liSupport cultural change initiatives to improve transparency, accountability, and ownership. /li liChampion psychological safety and resilience as enablers of high performance. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required Skills/Experience /h3 ul li5-8+ years of professional experience in software delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager). /li liBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline. /li liDeep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles and practices. /li liHands‑on experience scaling Agile across a globally distributed, multicultural organization. /li liStrong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liProven ability to bridge Product and Engineering teams for aligned delivery outcomes. /li liStrong analytical mindset to interpret metrics and identify improvement opportunities. /li liAgile Development experience (Scrum/Kanban), including story estimation, code reviews and pair programming. /li liProficiency in using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub or Miro. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication and storytelling skills and proven ability to work with both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
