The Waiter reports to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager. /p ul liProvide seamless, elegant, and attentive table service in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards. /li liGuide guests through the food and beverage menu, confidently making recommendations and answering questions with accuracy and enthusiasm.



/li liCoordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. /li liSet up, maintain, and clear tables following standard operating procedures and cleanliness guidelines. /li liMonitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to any guest needs or concerns. /li liAccurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to input orders and manage billing. /li liMaintain up-to-date knowledge of daily menus, allergens, and special offerings. /li liCollaborate closely with hosts, sommeliers, bartenders, and managers to ensure service excellence and smooth guest flow. /li liSupport opening and closing procedures, including mise en place, linen and glassware checks, and side duties. /li liUphold hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in line with Safe Sound guidelines. /li liParticipate in regular training and briefings to continuously improve service and product knowledge. /li liEnsure professional grooming, appearance, and behavior aligned with the hotel’s luxury image. /li /ul h3As Waiter/tress, We Expect From You /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment. /li liStrong understanding of food and beverage service, etiquette, and guest engagement. /li liA passion for hospitality, with excellent attention to detail and a warm, guest-first attitude. /li liKnowledge of wine, spirits,
