Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities for customers.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer retention.
- Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor service performance and escalate issues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation.
- Strong customer-facing experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong customer‑first approach.
