From intelligent automation to predictive insights and AI-assisted workflows, you’ll be part of how we explore, test, and scale new capabilities in a space that’s evolving rapidly. /p pIf you’re looking to build a career in bstrategic HR technology /b, with real exposure to global decision-making and future-facing tools, this is where it starts. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3System Value Adoption Measurement /h3 ul liSupport the design and rollout of an HRIS value and efficiency tracking framework across the global HR tech portfolio /li liDefine and operationalize adoption KPIs in partnership with Product Leads, ensuring measurable outcomes are tied to system investments /li liContribute to the methodology for tracking KPI progress across countries and system areas /li /ul h3Global Projects Business Case Support /h3 ul liActively participate in global HR system evaluation and implementation projects, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment /li liContribute to business case development for new system investments or migrations, combining data-driven insights with stakeholder perspectives /li liSupport change management during global system rollouts, including preparing and delivering stakeholder communications /li /ul h3Adoption Strategy User Community /h3 ul liPartner with HRIS Product Leads to co-design strategies that improve adoption and efficiency KPIs across systems and countries /li liBuild and manage a global HR user community, facilitating knowledge-sharing, promoting best practices, and enabling cross-regional collaboration /li liContinuously evolve the team’s support model to enhance operational efficiency and user experience /li /ul h3Country Engagement Customer Success /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for country HR teams, understanding local processes, challenges,
and system usage patterns /li liTranslate country-level insights into actionable product input, supporting prioritization of the HRIS roadmap /li liProactively identify adoption gaps and resistance, and work with countries to address them through targeted support and guidance /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liSupport additional strategic projects and initiatives as prioritized by the Global HRIS team /li liEnsure country HR teams are informed of system changes, upcoming enhancements, and best practices through clear and regular communication /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience in stakeholder management, change management, or customer success within a complex organizational environment /li liStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, structure frameworks, and communicate data-driven insights clearly /li liExcellent communication skills — written and verbal — in both English and Spanish /li liComfortable working across diverse, cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams /li liHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines /li liProactive and adaptable; thrives in dynamic environments where structure is still being built /li liAdvanced PowerPoint skills and strong overall digital communication capabilities /li liHigh learning agility — quickly grasps new systems, concepts, and processes, even with limited context or documentation /li liComfortable navigating ambiguity with minimal guidance; able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities /li liStrong problem-solving skills — able to structure issues, identify root causes, and independently drive practical solutions /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in HR, ideally as an HRBP, HR Generalist, or in Talent Development, Learning, or HR Operations /li liPrior experience with Workday (as a user, key user, or configurator) /li liFamiliarity with HRIS adoption frameworks, digital HR transformation projects, or HR analytics /li liExperience supporting general system implementations or vendor evaluations /li liBackground in learning technology,
