You will bridge mission-level goals and technical execution, leading the end-to-end lifecycle of our SmallSat electronics. Beyond technical leadership, you will play a central role in strategic decisions, acting as the technical conscience for our hardware to ensure high-reliability standards while defining the future of our modular satellite platforms and supporting our growth across the space and science sectors. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, expand, and manage the AVS SmallSats Electronics Team, fostering a culture of operational excellence and technical mentorship. /li liLead the definition and design of SmallSat electronics architecture, taking full technical responsibility for avionics, power, and data-handling systems. /li liDirect the development of electronics from block-diagram conceptualization through to PCB schematic capture and high-density routing. /li liLead the testing and verification of electronics, including PCBA inspection, testing, and supporting the AIV/AIT team during environmental campaigns. /li liAct as a core member of the spacecraft architecture design team, providing hardware expertise to Systems Engineering, AIV, and Operations teams. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 pWe welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and recognize that great talent comes from various paths.
