This is a client‑facing role responsible for managing yacht refit, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery. /p pThe successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pResponsibilities will include, but not be limited to: /p ul liManaging yacht refit, repair, maintenance, and upgrade projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. /li liActing as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service. /li liDefining project scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets in collaboration with technical and operational teams. /li liCoordinating production, technical, logistics, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project execution. /li liMonitoring project progress and ensuring punctual delivery of all assigned projects.
/li liManaging project schedules, milestones, costs, risks, and resource allocation. /li liIdentifying opportunities for additional services and supporting business development initiatives where appropriate. /li liLiaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. /li liResolving project‑related issues proactively and implementing effective solutions when challenges arise. /li liPreparing and presenting regular project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, forecasts, and risk assessments. /li liEnsuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements. /li liSupporting the successful handover of completed projects and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction throughout the process. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liMinimum b3–5 years’ experience /b in project management within the marine, yacht refit, shipbuilding, engineering, or related technical sectors. /li liExperience managing project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and project reporting. /li liStrong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liExcellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, particularly in technically complex or fast‑paced environments. /li liProven experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
