/li /ul h3Exchange Online (EOX) Ownership /h3 ul liFull administrative control of mail flow, transport rules, connectors, accepted domains, compliance integrations, message tracing, and security configurations. /li liOversee hygiene controls (DKIM, DMARC, SPF), anti-phishing, and secure email routing. /li liLead mailbox provisioning, migration, hybrid coexistence, and associated governance. /li liCompliance, Retention Governance (Microsoft Purview) /li liDesign, implement, and enforce retention policies, retention labels, records management, and legal hold strategies across all M365 workloads. /li liMaintain data lifecycle governance using Purview capabilities such as audit, eDiscovery, Insider Risk, communication compliance, and sensitivity labels. /li liEnsure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory retention requirements, including defensible deletion and immutable record preservation. /li liCollaborate with Legal, Data Protection, and Security teams to respond to audits and discovery requests. /li /ul h3Identity Security (Entra ID + Zero Trust) /h3 ul liImplement and maintain identity governance, including access reviews, entitlement management, identity lifecycle, and privileged identity management. /li liConfigure Conditional Access, MFA enforcement, Identity Protection, and secure collaboration policies. /li liContribute to Zero Trust strategy across identity, devices, applications, and data. /li /ul h3Modern Workplace Engineering Automation /h3 ul liLead design, implementation, and enhancement of Modern Workplace standards, operational frameworks, and administrative automation. /li liDevelop automation solutions using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Platform, and workflow integrations. /li liEvaluate, pilot, and deploy new Microsoft 365 features, ensuring proper change management, communication, and documentation. /li /ul h3Cross-Team Collaboration Operational Support /h3 ul liSupport Service Desk and operational teams with deep-dive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and best-practice guidance. /li liDeliver training, workshops, user enablement content, and capability development for internal teams.
