You will be part of a diverse team of successful and enthusiastic professionals located across the globe – Spain, USA, Portugal, Poland, Vietnam and India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, other designers and business leaders to shape and execute the product vision. Your expertise in UX research, UI design, combined with your passion for AI, will drive engagement and enhance usability of our products used by some of the biggest organizations worldwide.



/p h3What you will do /h3 ul lipBe responsible for designing high-quality experiences that delight customers /p /li lipParticipate in product discovery, explore opportunities for new features and improvements /p /li lipLead user interviews and draw valuable insights /p /li lipCreate wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma /p /li lipCollaborate with developers to contribute to an integrated AI-driven design and development workflow /p /li lipContribute to and help improve our design system and UI kits /p /li lipProactively and continuously improve the team’s design process and techniques /p /li lipWork closely with our Product/Business Managers and Development team members /p /li lipUnderstand and adapt to changing product priorities /p /li lipCreate compelling presentations and marketing materials that represent our products /p /li lipCoordinate ideation sessions and workshops /p /li lipParticipate in Design Labs with other teams and exchange knowledge /p /li /ul h3What we ask for /h3 ul lipAt least 2 years of experience working as a UX/UI with research, design and validation skills. You have a strong UX background and experience creating and implementing UI designs.



/p /li lipProven track record of creating and/or maintaining design systems or UI kits /p /li lipStrong knowledge of Figma (including Figma Make) /p /li lipProven track record of creating delightful UI designs for web applications /p /li lipPassion for using AI in the design flow /p /li lipCritical and design thinking skills /p /li lipStrong visual and interaction design fundamentals /p /li lipStrong sense of ownership and proactive attitude /p /li lipGood creative, logical, and technical communications skills /p /li lipYou believe in the importance of consistency, and understand the benefits of building things systematically /p /li lipTeam player.
