You are measured not by sites installed, but by pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue-per-partner. Job Description Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing - Own end-to-end lead generation: build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital / Offline / Referral - Identify and acquire high-potential OOH host partners: convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks. - Define and track Pipeline KPIs. Leads / month - Conversion Rate - Pipeline coverage. - Develop and deploy standardized partner qualification frameworks - Negotiate and close agreements with speed and precision.



Marketing-Led Demand Generation - Co-create and execute marketing campaigns to drive consumer adoption and repeat usage. - Measure campaign ROI - Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded assets. Job Requirement - 5+ years in B2B partnership development, retail network expansion, or growth marketing—ideally in logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or mobility. - Strong negotiator, storyteller, and data interpreter - Experience with team management. - Fluent in English; Chinese is a strong advantage. - Builder mindset: you thrive where strategy meets execution—and you measure impact in growth, not just activity. - Proven success launching 100+ physical touchpoints (e.g., parcel lockers, EV charging).
