This role will be responsible for leading agile ceremonies, ensuring the team meets sprint commitments, and managing project metrics and status reporting. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in project management within an agile environment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving teams to deliver high-quality results. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Agile/Scrum Leadership /h3 ul liFacilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint grooming/backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives. /li liDrive the team to achieve sprint commitments, roadmap releases and continuously improve delivery processes. /li liRemove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team. /li liWork closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear, prioritized, and actionable. /li /ul h3Project Management Reporting /h3 ul liTrack and report on project metrics, including velocity, burndown, and team capacity. /li liPrepare and deliver regular project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership. /li liMaintain up-to-date project documentation, including action items, risk logs, and decision registers. /li liSupport resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance. /li /ul h3Project Execution /h3 ul liManage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of integration projects. /li liIdentify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. /li liCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration solutions. /li liSupport the onboarding of new team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liServe as the main point of contact for project-related communications. /li liFacilitate effective meetings and ensure follow-up on action items. /li liBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
