Fueled by curiosity, experimentation and collaboration, you’ll help deliver scalable, impactful solutions that shape the future of insurance. /p pbWhat You’ll Do /b /p ul liArchitect and Develop Reusable Code: All descriptions emphasize developing reusable code, promoting code modularity, and ensuring maintainability. /li liDesign, Develop, and Maintain Services: Design, develop, and maintain services with a focus on consistency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices. /li liCollaboration with Stakeholders: Close collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and effective backend or software solutions. /li liCode Reviews and Coding Standards: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback,



and enforce coding standards to maintain quality and consistency. /li liStaying Up-to-date with Technology: Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, tools, and frameworks, and drive their adoption when appropriate. /li liCollaboration with Managers: Collaborate with product and engineering managers to define project timelines, estimate effort, and ensure successful delivery. /li liTroubleshooting and Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal performance and timely resolution (backend-focused). /li liFostering Continuous Learning and Growth: Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team. /li /ul pbWhat We’re Looking For /b /p ul liExtensive experience in backend development /li liStrong English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams /li liGood knowledge of event-driven architecture, microservices, and domain-driven design /li liEnthusiasm for trying new technologies and helping other developers grow /li liSelf-motivated, proactive,
