You’ll work closely with our warehouses and Sales team to make sure every order, shipment, and document is handled efficiently and accurately. /p pIf you’re passionate about logistics, process-oriented, and enjoy problem-solving, this role is for you. /p h3WHAT YOU'LL DO /h3 h3Daily Operations Coordination /h3 ul liTake responsibility for assigned customer accounts and collaborate closely with the logistics team and external partners to ensure smooth delivery. /li liManage and follow up orders through b3PL platforms /b, and report issues through the appropriate channels. /li liHandle shipment documentation, and upload and maintain data in our bERP system /b to ensure real-time visibility of orders and deliveries.



/li /ul h3Customer Service Quotations /h3 ul liCollaborate with the bSales /b and bCustomer Service /b teams to follow up on orders, solve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. /li liRequest and manage bquotations /b for shipments based on client needs. /li liCommunicate proactively with internal teams, logistics partners, and clients to ensure smooth delivery operations. /li /ul h3Finance Reporting /h3 ul liWork closely with the bFinance team /b to support accurate and timely invoicing of sales orders. /li liPrepare logistics reports using bExcel /b to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement. /li /ul h3Cross-Team Collaboration /h3 ul liProvide operational support to internal teams — Sales and Management — ensuring smooth communication across departments. /li liContribute ideas to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall logistics experience. /li /ul h3WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul li1–3 years in international logistics, transportation, warehousing, or distribution roles, including direct collaboration with sales teams. /li liCustomer-oriented, process-oriented, and solution-driven. /li liDegree or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Logistics, International Trade, Finance Administration, or a related field — or equivalent proven experience.



/li libHigh level of English (C1) /b — written and spoken — essential for daily communication, coordination, and problem-solving with international and multicultural partners.
