ppThe position is for an experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, technical expertise to manage onsite operations for Collins Aerospace products and professional services at Collins stations in Spain. The incumbent will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to manage day‑to‑day priorities, solve client issues, optimize manpower and resources, respond to customer complaints, and escalates key issues to senior management. /p h3Primary Responsibilities /h3 ul liActs as first point of escalation for Managed Services at MAD Airports. /li liResponds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans. /li liQuality Issue Management. /li liPerforms a variety of duties, including coordinating the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removal of equipment. /li liConducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. /li liManages technical products, services, logistics and configurations to assigned customers. /li liTroubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. /li liAssesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. /li liActs as local onsite Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organization. /li liManages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
/li /ul h3Min Qualifications Experience Requirements /h3 ul liA High School Diploma with proven working experience or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline with relevant working experience in Airports managed services or within Airport operators in Spain. /li liFamiliarity with Cisco network devices and knowledge of general networking concepts. /li liFamiliarity and experience in dealing with and manoeuvring with the relevant Airport Operators in Spain. /li liPossesses a broad working knowledge of Special Airport Systems (SAS) including Airport operational systems, baggage reconciliation system and passenger processing systems. /li liProficiency in MS Office suite tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel. /li liExcellent communication (written verbal) in English and Spanish. /li liAbility to work effectively in a matrixed team environment locally and globally. /li liGood problem‑solving skills to source solutions to customer requirements or issues. /li liExcellent attention to detail and quality. /li liAbility to travel as may be required. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary. /li liLife Assurance. /li liAnnual Bonus. /li liCorporate Pension Scheme. /lili25 days holiday plus public holidays. /li liAnd so much more. /li /ul pRTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
