ph3About The Role /h3 pAs Whitewater Group continues its rapid international expansion, we are seeking a Regional Marketing Communications Lead to join our team in Spain and take ownership of regional marketing and communications activity, supporting our wider European business. /p pThis is a newly created role offering the opportunity to help shape and develop Whitewater Group's regional marketing function during an exciting period of international growth. Working closely with the Strategic Communications Manager and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in increasing market visibility, supporting business development, strengthening customer engagement and ensuring marketing activity is aligned with the company's strategic objectives. /p pYou will translate business objectives into practical marketing initiatives, leading the planning and delivery of regional campaigns, events, digital marketing and communications activity across Spain. Working closely with Sales, HR, Operations and Technical teams, you will build strong relationships across the business, ensure consistent application of the Whitewater Group brand and provide support for regional internal communications where required. /p pThis role offers the opportunity to influence how marketing develops across the region. As the business continues to expand, you will help establish scalable marketing processes, develop regional capability and play an important role in building the marketing team for the future. /p pThe adecuado candidate will be a proactive, commercially aware marketing professional with proven leadership capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative working style, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. /p h3Your profile /h3 ul liMinimum 7–10 years' experience in B2B marketing and communications. /li liExperience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial or technical sectors preferred. /li liExperience working within an internationalorganisation. /li liPreviousexperience coordinating or leading marketing teams. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. /li liProven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
