To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for /p /brul /brliPreparing high-quality client materials, including pitchbooks, strategic reviews, management presentations, information memoranda, board materials and internal approval documents. /li /brliConducting detailed sector, company, investor and transaction analysis across the European telecom and digital infra space. /li /brliMonitoring market developments, valuation trends, regulatory themes and investor activity across key sub-sectors, including digital infrastructure (data centers, towers, fiber), telecoms (B2C, B2B) and media. /li /brliPerforming valuation work using DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions and other relevant sector-specific approaches. /li /brliBuilding and reviewing detailed financial models, including operating models, DCFs, merger and accretion / dilution analyses, valuation frameworks, and sensitivities.
