Strategic Finance Business Partnering /h3 ul liAct as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making /li liPartner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy /li liProvide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization /li liSupport and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy /li liLead financial input into strategic and transformation projects /li /ul h32. Commercial Finance GTN Management /h3 ul liOwn and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments /li liContribute to the development and review of customer and channel PLs /li liEnsure accuracy,



transparency, and compliance of GTN reporting /li liDeliver post-event analysis on commercial initiatives and promotions /li /ul h33. Financial Planning, Forecasting Controlling /h3 ul liOwn the full PL for the Iberia entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX /li liLead budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes /li liDeliver timely and accurate monthly closing and management reporting /li liAnalyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drive corrective actions /li liDevelop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs /li liProvide in-depth variance analysis and performance commentary /li liDrive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting processes /li /ul h34. Statutory, Accounting Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and Group IFRS. /li liAct as primary contact for auditors /li liEnsure effective internal control environment and risk management framework,including credit limit risks (Coface insurance) /li liMonitor impacts on PL, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow /li liOversee cash flow and working capital management,including DSO optimization inventory turn over /li liSupervise payroll-related financial aspects in coordination with HR /li /ul h35. Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with FPA, GBS, Supply Chain, and Group Finance teams /li liAlign financial plans with operational and commercial strategies /li liContribute to regional and integral finance initiatives /li liSupport business case development for investments and strategic initiatives /li /ul h36.
