About the Role

Are you a motivated German-speaking sales professional looking to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for a German-Speaking Sales Executive to join a fast-growing international company in Madrid, Spain. You'll manage the full sales cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals, while working with qualified inbound leads and outbound prospecting.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

- Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients.

- Deliver product presentations and online demos.

- Guide customers through free trials and convert them into paying clients.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

-

- Native or fluent German (C2/C1).





- Good English communication skills.

- 1–6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SDR, BDR, Account Executive, or outbound sales.

- Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales KPIs.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Must currently reside in Spain.
