Applicants must hold valid Right to Work in Spain to apply for this position. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild, lead, and support a high‑performing team of engineers. /liliEncourage a culture of ownership, experimentation, and learning within the team. /liliProvide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to help engineers grow in their roles. /liliEnsure that engineering work aligns with technical and business requirements. /liliCollaborate with product managers and other teams to drive product development.
/liliImplement and maintain engineering processes and best practices. /liliDrive improvements in engineering effectiveness and quality. /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. /liliSignificant experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. /liliExcellent managerial and organizational skills. /liliProficiency in team management, process improvement, and effective communication. /liliKnowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. /liliExperience leading teams developing for Windows, Linux and macOS platforms. /liliFamiliarity with the team’s technical stack, including: C#, C/C++, Powershell, Angular, Swift. /liliUnderstanding of Cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps environments such as: Azure, SQL Server, GitLan/GitHub, Jenkins and GitLab CI. /liliKnowledge of distributed systems, API‑centric architecture, test automation, and secure development practices. /liliExperience working with digital certificates is a plus. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pSalary will be commensurate with experience. /ph3Culture, Career Opportunities and Benefits /h3pWe build teams that continually strive to get better than the day before.
