/liliTranslate customer needs into practical, scalable solution designs and implementation plans. /liliConfigure Infront solutions including workflows, permissions, reports, dashboards, product settings and reference data. /liliOwn key onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring customers are set up for success from day one. /liliSupport project scoping, delivery planning and Statements of Work alongside the wider Services team. /liliCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping customers validate solutions before go-live. /liliDeliver engaging customer training, administrator enablement and knowledge transfer sessions. /liliPartner with technical teams on data migration, integrations and environment readiness. /liliCreate clear implementation documentation, process guides and customer handover materials. /liliAssess change requests, support release planning and contribute to smooth service transitions. /liliTroubleshoot functional issues and provide expert second-line support when needed. /liliWork closely with Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey from implementation into business-as-usual. /liliCollaborate across Product,



Sales and Technology teams to share customer feedback and influence future product improvements. /liliSupport pre-sales activities through solution design, demonstrations and discovery workshops. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliYou have experience as a Solution Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst or in a similar customer-facing delivery role. /liliConfident gathering requirements, leading workshops and translating business needs into practical technology solutions. /liliExperience configuring software platforms, supporting implementations and delivering customer training and enablement. /liliAnalytical problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders. /liliYou thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams and take ownership of delivering successful customer outcomes. /liliYou are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a customer-first mindset and a passion for technology. /liliExperience in financial markets, trading workflows, buy-side/sell-side environments or FIX protocol is a strong advantage. /liliFamiliarity with REST APIs, XML, JSON, Python, SQL, Windows or Linux is a bonus. /liliYou are fluent in English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3Additional notes /h3pAll candidates selected for employment are subject to Pre-Employment Screening.
