Are you ready to join us? /p h3Which tasks can you expect? /h3 ul liImplement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions with expertise in Employee Central, and/or Employee Central Time Management. /li liGuide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR tech landscape. /li liLead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality. /li liDesign and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices. /li liFacilitate workshops and training sessions for key users. /li liEnsure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams. /li liCollaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation. /li /ul h3What do you have to offer? /h3 ul liHaving led at least ONE end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Times Management solutions. Other modules would be considered a plus. /li liStrong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
