ph3What you’ll do /h3 ul liSupport the People Culture team with daily operations and administrative tasks. /li liAssist in the recruitment process: post vacancies, screen CVs, communicate with candidates. /li liSupport onboarding: prepare documentation and coordinate new starters’ first day. /li liCollect and prepare employee documentation, ensuring personnel files are complete and up to date. /li liMaintain employee information in the HRIS (Factorial/Workplace). /li liAnswer basic HR‑related queries or direct employees to the appropriate point of contact. /li liAssist with organisation and allocation of employee lockers. /li liSupport the organisation of employee engagement activities, internal events, and People Culture initiatives. /li liMaintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline. /li liProvide general administrative support to the People Culture department and assist with ongoing HR projects. /li /ul h3Requisitos /h3 ul liStudying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or a related field. /li liPotential to sign an agreement with the school for a period of approximately six months.
