ppLooking for a dynamic and experienced TECHNICAL EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER to join our Super SmartWorks Team in Málaga. /ppThe candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical production solutions for a wide range of corporate events, from executive meetings and product launches to large-scale international conferences. This role requires strong technical production knowledge, supplier management skills, and the ability to ensure flawless event execution from concept to delivery. /ph3We need someone to be in charge of: /h3ulliManage all technical production aspects of event delivery, including audiovisuals, sound, lighting, video, LED screens, live streaming, staging, interpretation systems, power requirements, and venue technical infrastructure. /liliSource, negotiate, and manage relationships with technical production suppliers and partners worldwide, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence. /liliPrepare and manage technical production budgets, quotations, technical proposals, and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. /liliCoordinate technical requirements with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution. /liliReview floorplans, technical drawings, production schedules, and run-of-show documents to ensure all technical requirements are properly implemented. /liliLead onsite technical production operations, including setup, rehearsals,



live event delivery, troubleshooting, and dismantling. /liliProvide real-time problem solving and decision-making during events, ensuring the highest standards of production quality. /liliMaintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams throughout the entire event lifecycle. /liliPrepare post-event reports, supplier evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliProven experience (minimum 3 years) in technical event production, audiovisual production, event operations, or production management within an agency, production company, or corporate events environment. /liliStrong understanding of event production technologies including sound, lighting, video, LED, hybrid events, live streaming, conference technology, and venue technical operations. /liliExperience managing technical suppliers, production crews, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. /liliExcellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. /liliAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliTeam player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to collective success. /liliFluent in English (essential). /liliSpanish is highly valued. /liliWilling to travel. /li /ulpIMMEDIATE START – FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN OUR MÁLAGA OFFICE. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
