Our people are united by passion for aviation and a desire to ensure efficient training solutions for both pilots and airlines. /b /p pbA comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the general aviation. /b /p pbAt the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain. /b /p pbOur instructors: /b /p ul liProvide hands‑on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching fundamental flying or theory skills; /li liClearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs; /li liEmphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations; /li liRegularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses; /li liMaintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
