ph3Role Overview /h3 pThe IT Procurement Specialist is a procurement professional with experience in sourcing processes, vendor management and contract management across software, hardware and IT services categories. Operating as an embedded extension of the client’s IT Procurement team, this role supports sourcing events, contributes to negotiations, coordinates with stakeholders across IT, Finance and Legal, and provides procurement expertise across RFx processes, contract drafting and category strategy. This role combines hands‑on operational execution with targeted strategic input, typically operating across multiple client engagements within the EMEA Services Delivery function. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic Sourcing RFx: lead end-to-end sourcing processes across SW, HW and IT services, from strategy definition and vendor shortlisting through RFx execution to negotiation and award /li liContract Management: draft, review and manage contracts in DocuSign CLM, coordinating approval workflows with Legal, IT and Finance /li liBenchmarking Market Intelligence: deliver pricing benchmarks and market insights to support negotiations and build savings business cases /li liProcurement Channel Strategy: define purchasing channels by category, tier and geography,
evaluate reseller consolidation opportunities and drive internal adoption of procurement policies /li liVendor Performance Spend: track IT spend against budget and contracts, manage vendor escalations and identify optimization and renegotiation opportunities /li liPre‑Renewal Analysis: work closely with the Software Asset Management team to translate license consumption data into negotiating positions ahead of key contract renewals /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul li2 to 4 years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management and contract management across SW, HW and IT services /li liStrong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering measurable procurement value /li liExperience designing and running RFx processes and category and channel strategies /li liFamiliarity with DocuSign CLM and Ariba is an advantage /li liSpanish (native or fluent) and English (professional) are required /li liCIPS certification or equivalent is desirable /li liCapable of managing competing priorities and delivering results autonomously within a client environment /li liBased in the Barcelona area /li /ul pInsight is firmly committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable recruitment process.
