Not only from internal sources, but also from external ones. /p pThis role is central to the success of the sales team, working constantly in partnership with all of CBRE's Lines of Business, Research and data team driving collaboration and ultimately supporting the growth in our win rates. /p pThis is predominantly an internal facing role although there will be occasions when there will be few direct interaction with the clients. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify emerging sales opportunities. /li liUtilize data analytics tools (e.g., CRM, BI platforms, market research databases)



to extract relevant information and generate actionable insights. /li liDevelop and manage programs to support the sales team in pursuing identified opportunities ensuring data accuracy and integrity. /li liIdentify and evaluate potential new markets, customer segments, and product/service offerings. /li liManage data behind the programmes and use to demonstrate the value add. /li liConduct customer research, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to understand needs and identify unmet demands. /li liMonitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and potential growth. /li liCollaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns. /li liDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of opportunity identification initiatives. /li liPrepare and present reports, dashboards and reports to track progress and communicate findings. /li /ul h3Person Specification/Requirements /h3 ul liCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success. /li liCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li liExceptional attention to detail.



/li liCollaborative team player with a positive attitude. /li liGood organization skills / time management skills. /li liPro‑active and will show initiative when completing tasks. /li liHas an ability to prioritize and is self‑motivated and resilient. /li liConfident and assertive when required. /li /ul h3Skills / Experience Required /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent IT skills (Word, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, AI). /li liExperience or understanding of a commercial environment (ideally property‑related) and corporate structures would be preferable but not essential. /li liEducated to degree level or equivalent. /li liProven experience of programme management within a corporate setting and working closely with internal stakeholders. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. /li liExperience within the property industry is desired but not essential. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
