and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets /li liSupport with carrier WBR deep dives and to help on solving operational issues between couriers and merchants /li liPrepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc. /li liPropose new initiatives using AI tools to optimise logistics day to day operations /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMinimum Qualifications: /p ul liCurrently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time basis; /li liStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently, with strong communication skills; /li liProficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Data analysis and ability to report idea's in a clear manner. /li liHigh Oral fluency in Italian and English to support communication with Stakeholders, vendors, and 3PLs in both Italian and English Market. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior internship or academic project experience Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field /li liIdeally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, ServiceNow) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking); /li liStrong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualisation or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). /li liDetail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player. /li liExcellent communication skills /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
