People who take ownership here grow faster than they would anywhere else. /p h3The Role: /h3 pWe're looking for a bilingual Project Developer to lead our renewable energy pipeline in Germany. Based in Spain but spending significant time on the ground in Germany, you'll be responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing solar and BESS projects from scratch - finding land, building relationships with landowners, negotiating agreements and moving projects through the development cycle. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what a solar plant is, understands the development process end-to-end, and is comfortable operating across two markets. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liIdentify and originate new project opportunities in Germany, including land scouting and pipeline building. /li liApproach and negotiate directly with landowners for land purchase or lease agreements. /li liLead and support MA processes, including internal project reviews and preparation of Non-Binding Offers (NBOs). /li liAnalyse land restrictions, zoning conditions and site suitability for solar and BESS development. /li liReview solar resources, wind data and preliminary plant layouts. /li liManage grid connection applications and building permit processes,



coordinating with technical and legal teams. /li liCoordinate across internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to move projects forward through each development phase. /li liEnsure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards throughout the development process. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For: /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience in renewable energy project development. /li liSolid understanding of solar PV projects and the development cycle (permitting, grid connection, land, layout). /li liExperience in MA processes and/or land negotiation in the energy sector. /li liBilingual Spanish/German essential for this role.
