If you love collaborating with diverse colleagues and making a real difference, we’d love to meet you. /ppThe Spain Salesforce team is a multinational team that provides support and evolution for the Salesforce Sales Service Cloud organization that supports Spain Healthcare domestic operation processes: customer service, claims management, medical pre‑authorizations, complaints, incidences. /ppThe Salesforce Senior Developer will combine administration and salesforce development skills and knowledge to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the solution. /ppWe need a candidate with strong technical and communication skills in English and Spanish to support and improve the system based on stakeholder needs. This person will serve as the "go to" for users, promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide training, and more. Additionally, the Salesforce Senior Developer will perform basic updates such as add/delete users and adding basic custom fields. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h3Create and Manage Changes to the System /h3ulliProactively seek out and identify needed system changes. /liliProactively gather feedback from users. /liliManage system changes without interruption to the user. /liliCommunicate system changes to the users in advance so they understand the change and how to use it prior to implementation. /liliGather requirements from end users. /liliModify the system to increase benefits and usability. /liliManage the change control process and “Change Management†Committee if appropriate. /liliManage all processes that impact / relate to Salesforce.com. /liliManage new releases of SFDC and efficiently roll out new features. /liliCreate and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, and other salesforce.com objects and functions. /liliCreate custom objects when necessary. /liliHandle on‑going customization/alteration of Salesforce.com. /liliMaintain, enhance and create flows, functions and configurations within the Salesforce.com environment. /liliCreate new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. /liliProvide support functions as needed. /liliProvide sales and financial data to company executives. /li /ulh3Support the Center of Excellence Maintaining System,
Security and Integrity /h3ulliMaintain security including sharing rules and security levels. /liliDesign, create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies. /liliMonitor application usage and data as needed. /li /ulh3User Assistance, Training, Adoption and Satisfaction /h3ulliCreate and administer training to existing or new users/groups. /liliProvide one‑to‑one training to end users on an on‑going basis. /liliExpand use of Salesforce.com – attend planning meetings, assist with determining if/how Salesforce.com can be used in new ways as opposed to purchasing a new internal system. /liliAssist management to create processes in Salesforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, cases, etc. /liliCommunicate regularly with user base regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system. /liliMonitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance. /liliContinually seek ways to further enhance the end‑user experience. /liliBe the company SME on Salesforce.com. /li /ulh3Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance /h3ulliDocument company processes and workflows. /liliDevelop process documentation and field maps. /liliCreate new processes and associated reporting. /li /ulh3Data Quality, Migration and Maintenance /h3ulliAssist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com. /liliImport data as appropriate. /liliMonitor and manage exception logs for back‑end system integration with SFDC. /liliManage duplicate records. /liliMonitor and improve data quality. /li /ulh3Report and Dashboard Creation and Maintenance /h3ulliCreate and maintain dashboards. /liliCreate and maintain reports including folder maintenance. /liliDevelop complex, macro‑driven reports to summarize system information for Senior Management. /liliBuild and manage report folders for reps to improve sales efficiency. /li /ulh3Essential Requirements /h3pThe Salesforce Senior Developer needs a solid understanding of the organization’s business. They must have solid salesforce.com skills and ideally, understand the general concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most importantly they should be proactive, organized and logical.
