This is a customer service/sales‑focused position for someone who will not only foster and maintain business relationships with clients, but who will also have an opportunity to oversee and cultivate a team of professionals ultimately supporting them to provide sustainable value. /p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with assigned GLI clients. This position is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through contract signing, and client post‑service follow‑ups for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation. /p h3Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities) /h3 ul liMeets with clients to negotiate and secure business and maintain relationships /li liDelivers sales presentations to clients /li liEnsures clients are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service /li liMaintains a strong understanding of gaming regulations, processes,



and procedures /li liSupports and implements strategic plans to accomplish company goals /liliForecasts client activity and sets performance goals accordingly /li liReviews market analyses to determine customer needs /li liMaintains a strong understanding of GLI Services, tools and training offerings /li liMaintains all CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, including Salesforce or any other software, information on assigned clients /li liMaintains records of all visits and telephone contacts of the assigned regulatory clients within the database daily /li liGenerates reports, as required /li liParticipates in tradeshows and/or regulatory conferences, when necessary /li liMay coordinate In‑Service training classes and field inspections/audits when appropriate for clients /li liPerforms other duties as assigned /li /ul h3Required Education and Other Credentials /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field /li liCertification, formal training, experience or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the educational requirements /li liMust have a valid driver’s license /li /ul h3Required Skills/Experience /h3 ul liA minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience is required /li liA minimum of 5 years’ experience required in Gaming, Marketing, Sales and/or customer service fields is required /li liCertification, formal training, education or demonstrated competency may be evaluated and considered in lieu of the experience requirements /li liA minimum of 3 years of previous sales/development experience is strongly preferred /li liMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
