Here, your talent will be valued, and every day you will have the opportunity to oversee the reception operations, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures as well as flawless guest interactions. /p h3Join METT Marbella – Estepona as a Front Desk Manager and lead operational excellence at the heart of the guest experience. /h3 h3How will you make a difference? /h3 ul libOversee the daily Front Desk operations /b: Ensure efficient and seamless check-in/check-out processes, accurate reservations management, billing accuracy, and cash control. /li libLead and organize the Front Desk team /b: Coordinate shifts, supervise performance, and ensure service standards and procedures are consistently followed. /li libManage operational challenges and incidents /b: Act quickly and professionally to resolve issues or complex situations. /li libCollaborate with other departments /b: Maintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Reservations, and FB to ensure a seamless stay for every guest. /li libMonitor performance indicators /b: Support the achievement of departmental KPIs, upselling targets, and guest satisfaction scores. /li libProvide support to the Guest Experience and Welcome Team (Bell Team) /b.
