This position will be available at the bAsturias, Spain /b location and report directly to the Director of Total Rewards Mobility. /p pThe Global Compensation Manager will oversee broad-based compensation, as well as the design and administration of the Annual Incentive Program (AIP), for Chemours globally. /p pThis role will serve as a Compensation SME and have significant input into the development, implementation, and administration of Chemours’ integral compensation strategies and programs. This leader will ensure programs support business objectives, are externally competitive, internally equitable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Will act as the Director of Total Rewards’ strategic partner, collaborating closely with peers across the Total Rewards, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and external consultants to design and deliver innovative compensation solutions that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. /p h3The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: /h3 ul liExecute the global compensation strategy aligned with Chemours’ business objectives, values, and total rewards philosophy. /li liManage the implementation and administration of base salary, AIP (annual bonus/incentive programs), sales incentive plans, and recognition programs. /li liOversee annual compensation planning processes, including merit cycle, industry and role benchmarking, market analysis, and salary structure reviews. /li liProvide thought partnership around compensation program and process design and administration,



ensuring best practices, ongoing process improvements, identifying automation and AI opportunities, and partnering with HR Technology to ensure Workday is being maximized for supporting compensation processes. /li liProvide guidance to business leaders and HR teams on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, pay equity, re-orgs, and market competitiveness reviews. /li liIn partnership with the Director of Total Rewards, support the creation and advocacy of compensation guidelines for Chemours globally, designed to ensure fairness and consistency in pay practices across the organization, as well as ongoing education of compensation guidelines for leaders and HR Partners. /li liEnsure compensation programs meet regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. /li liManage relationships with external compensation consultants, survey providers, and vendors. /li liMonitor industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure Chemours remains a market leader in compensation. /li liDrive continuous improvement through data analysis, program evaluation, and process optimization. /li /ul h3The following is required for this role: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. /li li8+ years of progressive compensation experience. /li liExperience designing and managing compensation programs in a large, matrixed organization. /li liStrong analytical, project management, and communication skills. /li liProven ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes. /li liKnowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. /li liDemonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in compensation practices. /li liFull professional proficiency in English /li /ul h3The following is preferred for this role: /h3 ul liMasters Degree strongly preferred /li liCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar designation strongly preferred. /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 pCompetitive Compensation /p pComprehensive Benefits Packages /p pLearning and Development Opportunities /p pStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives /p pCompany-paid Volunteer Day /p pWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
