We are looking for a Data & Analytics Consultant.Responsibilities- Perform data analysis to uncover insights that support decision-making across customer experience initiatives.- Design and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.- Utilize BI tools such as Qlik and Power BI to visualize data and communicate findings effectively.- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement AI strategies for content generation, customer profiling, and process optimization.- Proficiency on automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline processes and tasks.- Support the development of customer segmentation models and qualification frameworks.- Stay informed about AI trends, technologies,
