Sharmax is expanding its general presence and is seeking an Outlet Director in Spain.

Responsibilities

-

- Business Development: identify and build partnerships to expand the retail network.

- Operations Management: set up and optimize business processes in the outlet in Spain.

- Strategy & Finance: develop strategies to achieve financial targets and drive growth.

- Team Leadership: recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.

- Cross-Department Coordination: collaborate with logistics,



warehousing, marketing, finance, IT and HR.

- Performance Control: ensure retail outlet meet company standards and achieve key KPIs.

Requirements

-

- Proven experience in retail management, business development, or a similar leadership role.

- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and leadership skills.

- High self-organization and a systematic approach to work.

- Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.

- Language: English, Spanish, and Russian.
