This is a unique opportunity to utilise your strong administrative skills to support two teams within our Integral growing business. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliScheduling service visits and ensuring best planning for service works, including all tasks related with service agenda /liliUsing our ERP/CRM and using the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support /liliMaking sure all documents are updated and filed correctly, once required for Field Service Engineer to join customer sites /liliLiaising with regional teams (sales, administration and logistics)



to ensure a high level of collaboration for all aspects of customer support /liliUnderstanding all sales and services processes whilst being able to handle and support the operation in all necessary administration tasks /liliIdeally you will have a degree in Administration and any SAP B1 experience would be highly advantageous.
